We have tried to make your search for assistance as easy as possible. We have created a simple four step process.

1. Consultation

This is our first meeting together. The will allow us to get to know your situation so we can plan the most effective and cost efficient strategy for you. 

Please bring two sets of ID. One must be photo ID and the other may be non-photo ID. Also bring in any documents you believe may be relevant to your issue. This will help us give you more information in your first consultation.

2. New Client Intake

3. Follow-up and Budgeting

Once you fill out your New Client Intake Form we will call you or e-mail you to set up your first meeting. Once we complete our initial consultation we will work with you to discover which budget works best for you. Our firm is focused on providing value to you instead of charging whatever fees we feel. We charge what fits your needs.

4. Legal Services Agreement and Payment

This allows our office to work on your file and help you get the result you would like.  We require a retainer before we are to begin our services.  We offer a flexible payment structure which includes a smaller retainer plus a monthly payment plan if the retainer required is too large.  We will be happy to work out a payment structure with you before we begin our services.
